Examine where work gets held up.
We look at sales bottlenecks, customer follow-up and the handoffs where your team loses information or waits for a decision.
The ActiveBUSINESS & OWNER AUDIT
We assess how work moves through your business and where sales, customer follow-up or decisions get stuck. You receive a practical plan that identifies priorities and helps you decide what to address first.
Discuss a Business & Owner AuditWe look at sales bottlenecks, customer follow-up and the handoffs where your team loses information or waits for a decision.
Together, we examine repeated tasks and responsibilities that keep returning to the owner. We consider where a clearer process or a different handoff could help.
You receive an assessment of the agreed areas and a practical plan that names the priorities and next steps. We discuss who needs to take part and how you’ll review progress; the plan may include changes to processes, responsibilities or tools.
FREE WORKSHEET
Look at the work you did last week, choose a task to test, then estimate your weekly time savings using your own times below.
Write ten specific tasks from last week, such as answering quote requests, preparing meeting notes or writing social posts. Note how long each took.
Give each task two scores from one to five. For repetition, five means it follows a consistent set of steps. For judgment, five means it relies heavily on your experience, relationships or approval.
A repeatable task with little judgment may be a candidate for a small test. For work needing judgment, consider whether AI could prepare a draft for you to review. Keep sensitive decisions and important approvals with a person.
Choose one task and compare its time and quality before and after a test, including the time you spend checking the result. Use your own measurements to decide whether to continue.
Choose one task from your worksheet and enter your own times to calculate an estimate. The calculation uses only those inputs.
Enter all three values and choose Calculate estimate. Changing a value clears the previous result.
Check your estimate against real work. Weekly net savings = (current minutes − assisted minutes, including review) × times per week.
This assumes the same task volume and acceptable quality. Account separately for one-time setup, training and ongoing maintenance outside each task. Test your assumptions with real work before relying on the estimate.
Your entries stay on this page. This calculator doesn’t save or send them.
We’ll confirm the assessment scope, what you’ll receive and the fee before work begins. We scope any implementation separately.
